I’m Bert John Carducci — friends call me BJ, online I go by Time. I’ve been the trusted tech guy for a long time, and now I build the software behind the businesses that hire me.

My tech career started in high school at Harrah’s Hotel and Casino, where I became Senior A/V Coordinator at the world-famous Carnival Court and La Playa Lounge — running production for some of the busiest venues on the Strip while I was still a teenager. I held that role through and after graduation.

From there I worked with Sharp’s Communications, deepening hands-on experience with the infrastructure side of tech — the systems that have to work, every time, in real environments. I also spent years as a recording engineer and writer.

That mix is the foundation of how I think about software now: every interface is a stage, every backend is the rigging behind it, and the audience never sees the wires.

Today I’m finishing my B.S. in Computer Science with honors at the University of Phoenix, and I hold five Google certifications in modern AI plus a UoPX Reflective Communicator badge. I can talk to your customers as easily as I can talk to your database.
