A growing waste-collection business was running on group texts, spreadsheets, and a phone that never stopped buzzing. They needed real software to schedule pickups, route drivers, bill customers, and scale beyond what one person could track by hand.

I started by shipping a marketing site that is already live and converting, then moved into building the full stack solo: a customer app for booking and recurring pickups, a driver app with live routing and proof-of-service, an admin dispatch dashboard, automated SMS via Twilio, Stripe billing, and Mapbox routing on a Node + Postgres backend deployed to AWS.
